As a qualified Wellbeing Practitioner, with Level 3 CPCAB, in Spiritual Counselling, I have skills in active listening and person centered therapy. I also use my emphatic and channeling abilities to help uncover emotional blocks and find threads of connection.

The power of outside!
Nature is one of our greatest healers because we are nature, and through connection with nature we find our self.
I work extensively with the Celtic Calendar, and have learnt how the seasons of the outside world influence my internal world. The rhythms and cycles of nature have much to teach us, all we need to do is observe.

Crystal Healing
A crystal is trapped Light in physical form.
Crystals have pure frequencies so they can help us realign our energy bodies. Working with the chakra system and beyond, crystal healing provides support for emotional, mental and physical ailments.
As crystals work beyond the physical body they interact with your multidimensional self, potentially clearing past life blocks or/and activating past life abilities.

Light Language and Channeling
What the f* is Light Language?!
A form of channeling from outside the mind, it is the expression of the heart and higher self. As well as a connection to multidimensional information.
Sometimes I am able to ‘translate’ the light language in which case it comes through as more traditional channeling, though of course it is filtered by my limited human self.
Overall it can offer guidance, support and unblocking.
